‘inFamous: Second Son’ sequel and trophies discussed

Nate Fox has provided a few comments in regards to the future of the “inFamous” series following the release of the upcoming PS4 exclusive title, “inFamous: Second Son.” According to a report from Gaming Everything on Jan. 12, the creative director disclosed that the development team will take a similar approach to what they are currently doing in order to determine the future.

Sucker Punch Productions recently revealed that they used the trophy data from “inFamous 2” in order to determine the cannon ending and set up the plot line for “inFamous: Second Son.” Although Nate Fox confirmed that his company will be following the same procedure, they aren’t willing revealed the types of trophies that will determine the direction of the next game. We’re absolutely going to be looking at trophy data to see where we go next, but I couldn’t tell you which trophies we’ll be looking at.

“inFamous: Second Son” features a new protagonist as something happened to the main character of the first two games of the series. The collector’s and limited editions of the open-world action-adventure video game will include exclusive missions connecting the storylines of “inFamous 2” to the forthcoming PS4 title.

Sony Computer Entertainment will be publishing and distributing “inFamous: Second Son” for the PS4 next-generation system on March 18th in the North American region.
