Sony Computer Entertainment posted additional story and character details for the upcoming PS4 exclusive video game, “inFamous: Second Son.” According to a report from Aus Gamers on March 7, the plot of the title is based on society’s fears towards “superhumans.” As a result, the individuals with special powers are hunted by Department of Unified Protection.

Players will be controlling Delsin Rowe, a new hero in the series, in Seattle. Similar to the previous games of the “inFamous” series, the landscape and its citizen are influenced by the actions of the main character. You can find some screens of the protagonist, along with other shots from “inFamous: Second Son,” in the slideshow located to the left side of this article and the comments below:

inFAMOUS Second Son, a PlayStation 4 exclusive, brings you an action adventure game where surrounded by a society that fears them, superhumans are ruthlessly hunted down and caged by the Department of Unified Protection. Step into a locked-down Seattle as Delsin Rowe, who has recently discovered his superhuman power and is now capable of fighting back against the oppressive DUP. Enjoy your power as you choose how you will push your awesome abilities to the limit and witness the consequences of your actions as they affect the city and people around you.

“inFamous: Second Son” will be taking advantage of the PS4 in order to recreate many of the landmarks in Seattle. The open-world action-adventure video game supports the native resolution of 1080p in addition to running at a 30 frames per second clip. Along with a regular edition, the collector’s edition of the software product comes with additional digital and physical bonuses.

“inFamous: Second Son” is set to come out on March 21 exclusively for the PS4 in the United States. The sequel is being developed by Sucker Punch Productions, the same development team responsible for the previous two titles.
