Atlanta fashionistas, as fashionista, model and fashion muse to none other than Karl Lagerfeld of the House of Chanel, Ines de la Fressange has now turned photographer herself and has been seen capturing moments from fashion shows during Paris Couture Week.
Normally the subject of many a photographer, such as Pascal Le Segretain, de la Fressange has been seen making the rounds of several haute couture fashion shows, including Dior, Chanel and Elie Saab, armed with her Canon EOS 60D.
Naturally, Ines also attended the Sidaction Gala Dinner for the AIDS charity at the Pavillon d'Armenonville on January 26, dressed for action as a photographer in a semi-casual black suit with Capri pants which she dressed up with diamante buckle loafers!
Born the daughter of the Marquis de la Fressange, Ines de la Fressange began her career as an haute couture model with Karl Lagerfeld in the 1980’s, becoming his muse. Since then she has been a designing consultant for Jean-Paul Gaultier and Roger Vivier, for whom she is the brand ambassador.
As to her newest role as fashion photographer, de la Fressange has been photographing for Madame Figaro during Paris Couture Week, and viewing the fashion shows through the lens. Now, a bit about her own photographer’s wardrobe, which Ines has no trouble finessing…
Note how Ines de la Fressange tends to somehow coordinate her handbags perfects with her outfits, worn cross-body for practicality while she’s on the move, busy taking photographs with her trusty Canon.
De la Fressange loves to accessorize with various scarves and mufflers to add a splash of color, interest or layering to her outfits. She will often wear an interesting hat, like the tweed newsboy hat that has become a recent favorite…
