  • The last time we spoke of Fehlandt Lentini, he was becoming the independent league stolen base King. Now, after 13 professional seasons, Lentini will begin his first season with the Long Island Ducks and second in the Atlantic League. When Lentini was a member of the Lancaster Barnstormers in 2012, he had the best powers numbers of his career. His 19 home runs and 92 RBI were both personal bests, and Ducks president and general manager Michael Pfaff couldn't be happier with the newest member of his team. "Fehlandt had an All-Star year in the Atlantic League two seasons ago. He's been outstanding throughout his career, an we look forward to adding a player of his caliber."
