The varied menu is probably Anatolia's greatest bragging right due to the large amount of options all customers face. The selection is endless with soups and salads (pureed red lentil soup; white bean salad), cold appetizers (tabouli), hot appetizers (sautéed liver cubes), lamb and beef dishes (lamb okra; beef sauté), chicken dishes (chicken shish kebab), half combinations, yogurt kebabs (lamb adana with yogurt), seafood dishes (grilled fresh salmon), vegetarian dishes (zucchini pancakes) and desserts (baklava sundae).
The happy hour is Monday through Friday 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and features a drink selection as well as some small bites.
