Young dancers in Indianapolis are incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to take master classes with influential teachers, company personnel, and dancers at the top of the field in their own back yard. Opportunities like this did not exist until recently for Indianapolis dance students, and it is truly a phenomenal privilege for these young dancers.
During a master class session, intermediate and advanced students participate in a 90 minute ballet class with an informal question and answer session following (these sessions are videotaped and posted online for everyone to view). Dance teachers and other professionals also have the option to observe the master class. The class fee is $30 for students and $10 for observers.
