Today, WXIN, Fox News, Indianapolis, published photos of the two brothers charged in last week’s murder of Iraq War veteran Sgt. First Class James Vester.

Tryon Kincade, 19, and his18-year-old brother Tyshaune Kincade have been charged with two counts of murder and one count each of robbery.

Authorities allege the brothers shot and killed Sgt. First Class Vester when he went to a west side apartment building to buy an iPad that had been advertised on Craigslist.

The ad, robbery, and killing were all an apparent “lure and rob” set-up.

Good detective work linked the cell phone number Vester had called, in response to the ad, to Tyshaune Kincade.

A search warrant was issued for the home of the two men. Their mother, who apparently resides there as well, immediately showed law enforcement where the men kept their handgun.

The weapon was missing at the time of the search. The mother indicated no one else had access to the handgun.

Released court documents linked the Kincade brothers to a string of similar Craigslist, armed robbery, crimes.

A not guilty plea was entered on the brothers’ behalf today and the judge granted a “no contact” order keeping the brothers from possibly intimidating their mother prior to the trial.

Vester leaves behind a wife and young son.
