Indian model Poonam Pandey who had publicly announced that she will pose nude for the Indian Cricket team if it won the World Cup was admitted to the hospital on Saturday after she complained of acute pain in her kidneys.
According to Poonam’s publicist, Poonam was admitted to the hospital for a surgery to remove kidney stones.
Poonam will come out and speak after she gets discharged from the hospital, added the publicist. The skinny model in answer to those who said that she would not keep her promise, had replied through social networking sites, ‘I AM WITH MY COMMITMENTS!!’. See photo gallery of Poonam Pandey.
The Kingfisher calendar model had written a letter to the BCCI expressing her interest to strip for the men in blue in their dressing room or in some other country.
Meanwhile, an advocate in Bhopal had slammed the model with a case that she was spoiling the name of the Brahmin community. Poonam’s lawyer, Prashant Uchil has said that the BCCI is yet to reply to Poonam’s plea.
