The automotive performance scene in India is very large, unrestricted, and very entertaining. There is a wide variety of performance but German and American vehicles appear to dominate the scene. Bringing together performance, style, and blatant disregard for public road laws, the Indian automotive performance scene is one to be admired. A top forum for India's automotive performance is Team-BHP, where street racers and enthusiasts alike congregate to exchange data, pictures, and secrets of the trade.

On the other side of the coin, India has a vast street racing scene that is more intense and less regulated than most countries. They don't have the strict upper hand of big brother law like we have here in USA so unregulated street racing events occur more often and are much more entertaining.

Donuts, drifting, wild burnouts, and crazy street racing right in the middle of town is very popular amongst this performance culture.
