The annual “Independence Uncorked Winefest" will be held on Saturday, September, 14th from 1:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. on the grounds of the Historic Bingham Waggoner Estate in Independence, MO. The day will feature wineries from all over the state of Missouri offering their wines for sampling. Among the wineries participating are: Oovvda, Ladoga Ridge, Triple Hill, Stone Hill, La Bella, Arcadian Moon, St. James, Fahrmeier, Les Bourgeois, Wenwood Farm, Albonee, Baltimore Bend, Lindwedel, Crane Creek, Seven Springs, Mallinson, Hermannof and (Kansas City's own) Amigoni Urban Winery
Art, music and food will be part of the mix, as well as wine classes for those who want to get the most out of each glass. The event is sponsored by the Eastern Independence Rotary Club. One low price gets you an armband to sample the wines and enjoy a beautiful day on the grounds of the Bingham Waggoner Estate. It's all Missouri wines all the time.
