Santa Cruz's, 418 Project is celebrating their twentieth anniversary this Saturday with the Incandescence Black Light / Black Tie 20th Anniversary Gala!
The 418 Project is a hub for social, ethnic and concert dance. The 418 Project provides professionally equipped, affordable space along with artistic and technical support to performing artists at all levels. They promote personal and artistic growth by hosting classes, jams, rehearsals and events and serve as an incubator for emerging artists by initiating and producing performances. They are committed to being the Monterey Bay’s place to “move, and be moved”.
I hope you will come out to support their amazing anniversary celebration this Saturday. Incandescence, “The visible light emitted from a hot object”, aptly describes this special evening of celebration.
The festivities will include, live and silent auctions, dancing, lavish food by India Joze, LED and black light, aerial, hoop, contact improv, samba and blues dance performances plus special guest Sambada, will all be featured. Please go early, as I am told amazing performances will begin at six!
