Inauguration 2013: The First Family dresses fashionably for the big event (Photos)

The First Family arrived to the 2013 Inauguration. The live event takes place today in Washington, D.C. Crowds already gathered at the National Mall in anticipation for President Barack Obama to arrive. ABC News published the photos of the family arriving to the event on Jan. 21.

President Barack Obama kept it simple with a navy blue pinstripe suit. He paired it with a white button down collared shirt. He also donned a light blue tie.

First lady Michelle Obama wore a navy blue checkered coat by designer Thom Browne. She also wore a matching dress by the same designer. Her cardigan is rumored to be designed by Reed Krakroff. Michelle accessorized her look with J.Crew shoes and Cathy Waterman jewelry.

Malia wore a brought fuschia coat also by J. Crew. Sasha is reported to be wearing a deep purple coat by Kate Spade. Her dress is also by Kate Spade.

President Barack Obama has been sworn in for his second term. The 2013 Inauguration started 11:30 a.m. and takes place live all morning. Beyonce and Kelly Clarkson are set to perform in honor of the First Family.
