Atlanta fashionistas, with luscious backdrops of coral and fuchsia pink lighting, models walked the runway in equally colorful designs to present Italian designer Giorgio Armani’s Autumn/Winter 2012/2013 collection during his fashion show at Milan Fashion Week on February 27, 2012 in Milan, Italy.
The main color palette for this Fall 2012 collection is neutrals of black and shades of grey with different shades of corals and pinks to add splashes of color.
Armani’s faux furs are particularly playful, such as his splashy black and fuchsia pink shaggy fur jacket as well as the lesser shaggy orange and black number. His chunky fur coats with rows of fur in fuchsia pink and deep coral red are simply adorable. I’ll take one of each please...
Then for something completely different, Armani has these artsy pictorial style dresses and tops in shades of blue, purple, rust and burgandy, which he has paired with black separates for contrast.
The colorful ribbed textured jackets in combinations of fuchsia pink, orange and greys/black are artistic in themselves as is his orange and charcoal grey woolen coat with the huge pyramidal brooch.
If you like shades of coral and fuchsia pink, which many of us do, look to this Armani collection for inspiration. Enjoy the slide show of the Armani Fall 2012 collection at Milan Fashion Week!
