A family touched by unimaginable grief when their dog Jordan was shot by Peoria Police in May is now facing another tragedy. Facebook: Justice for Jordan made the announcement this week about the loss of the home belonging to Terry Sally, followed by the loss the next day of Terry's wife.
In early August, Terry's home caught on fire and burned down. He basically lost everything he had. Then fate threw him another blow. Another tragedy for his already broken life to deal with.
On August 7, the day after the fire, Terry's wife. Rhonda Lea Brackney, suffered a heart attack. Rhonda died at 1:17 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, at Unity Point Health-Methodist in Peoria. Surrounded by friends and family, her funeral was held August 12.
Terry is beyond devastated. Since latter May, Terry has lost his beloved Jordan, his home and the love of his life. His friends have joined together to help out financially.
A GoFundMe webpage has been started here. Terry really needs financial help to get his life back in order. Funerals are expensive. Replacing possessions lost in the fire will cost money. Nothing can heal Terry from losing his Rhonda, but taking some of the financial strain off of him would be deeply appreciated.
Memorial donations may be made directly to the Wilton Mortuary by clicking here. No amount is too small, so please help if you can.
Rhonda, run free with Jordan on the Rainbow Bridge. You were both taken too soon...
