In-State Tuition for illegal aliens bill

SB915, THE POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 2013. Is another in-state tuition for illegal aliens bill. The phrase "a student without documented immigration status shall file an affidavit with the state-supported institution of higher education stating that the student has an intent to legalize his or her immigration status.", doesn't make up for the fact that illegal aliens get to cut in front of legal immigrants in addition to getting in-state tuition.

This bill will likely be voted down, but we must make sure that the Republican Leadership on a national and state level does not support any path to legal status that puts illegal aliens ahead of legal immigrants. SB915 is on the Senate Education Committee agenda for tomorrow, but I can't confirm if it will be talked about. Contact the Senators on this committee ASAP anyway.

University of Arkansas Fayetteville Chancellor David Geardhart is a supporter of in-state tuition, the DREAM ACT, and all things illegal immigration. Perhaps he can talk to the many corrupt companies in the Northwest Arkansas area that hire illegal aliens to make up for the tuition difference. An old example is All Around Landscaping in Fayetteville.

SB640, is a bill that creates a government bureaucracy which will encourage the funding of renewable energy. The amendment process to this 13 page bill has been confusing. It was somehow passed over in the Senate State Agencies Committee, then reintroduced & amended & then passed committee after I left, and is on the morning session for the Arkansas Senate tomorrow. This bill needs to be killed. Contact Senators ASAP.

Conservative volunteers win elections. RINOs writing 100 page bloated reports that assume hispanics only vote on illegal immigration lose elections. The money wasted on Henry Barbour, Sally Bradshaw, Ari Fleischer, Zori Fonalledas, and Glenn McCall should be spent on the ground game activist groups that won in 2010.
