Since breaking out in the UK with their Mercury Prize winning self-titled debut album, Franz Ferdinand has become one of the major players on the indie post-punk revival scene. In recognition of their status, the band is scheduled to make their third appearance at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival on April 13th and 20th. The band is due to release their fourth album sometime in 2013 and throughout 2012 has been performing new songs from the upcoming record.
