Masjid Warithud-deen Mohammed will be hosting the 2013 Southwest Sectional Conference in Houston from April 5th through April 7th. The conference is titled On The Shoulders of Giants: Accepting the Responsibility of Leadership. Honoring the past, improving the present, protecting the future and will feature informative workshops, a Quranic Symposium and other exciting events. The Friday April 5th events will begin with Jummah and later in the evening will feature a Single's event and Culture Night with renowned comedian Preacher Moss and other artists. Saturday April 6th will feature workshops, the Quranic Symposium and a Banquet and Sunday April 7th will include a brunch and Unity Taleem.
