Just when and where do people become so filled with hatred, malice, and just downright poor manners? It is an inherited trait, a learned behavior, or just a bunch of liberals following along for the fun of it?
Shirley Temple Black is being bashed in her death because she was a Republican. Where does hatred stop? Hasn't this country seen enough of hatred and what it causes? Young children in school have been bullied because they had red hair, wore glasses, had crooked teeth, or were overweight. Some have committed suicide.
What happened to those generations of people who were taught that you never did certain things like speak evil of the dead?
What happened to those generations who were taught to have respect for the surviving family and friends of the deceased?
What happened to those generations that enjoyed the many movies and antics of very talented young woman who contributed so much fun and entertainment to so many during the Depression?
Whatever happened to elected officials who had beauty, grace, intelligence, poise, and just common decency?
Below are some of the disgusting comments made about the recent death of Shirley Temple. The mainstream media has been almost silent at the passing of one of America’s best beloved entertainers.
Why is it that anyone who differs from the narrow-minded liberal agenda is called a racist? That seems to be their scarlet letter that they hang around the neck of others while at the same time pointing one finger forward, they are pointing four fingers back toward themselves.
Shirley was most noted for her movies; but she was also noted for other accomplishments things as well.
“She sat on the boards of corporations and organizations including The Walt Disney Company, Del Monte Foods sand the National Wildlife Federation. She began her diplomatic career in 1969, with an appointment to represent the United States at a session of the United Nations General Assembly. As a writer, she published her autobiography," Child Star" in 1988.
Temple was the recipient of numerous awards and honors including the Kennedy Center Honors and a Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award. She ranks 18th on the American Film Institute's list of the greatest female American screen legends of all time” Source: Wikipedia
Shirley Temple died of natural causes on February 10, 2014, at the age of 85. She was at her home in Woodside, California, surrounded by family and caregivers. She is survived by her three children, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She died leaving a grieving family behind – not as an actor but as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. To them she was not an icon; but a loving family member like in any other American family. You may go to this page for the official statement of her family.
She was such a wonderful role model to her family as well as children and women all across this nation. Would the liberals been happier if she had been a drug addict who played in violent destructive movies? There have been many who wrote about her life and childhood indicating that she was exploited as a child, etc. But who would have been to blame for that? Certainly not the child!
If you would like to post a remembrance comment in her guestbook about this great lady you may do so at this special link set up for that purpose. Here you can read where 4,558 intelligent and decent people pay their respects to an astonishing person.
Below are some of the comments made by people too filled with hate and self importance to care just how much words can really hurt. Not only do they dishonor a truly great woman; but they disgrace this nation as well.
Let those with evil, bitter tongues have their say – but they, too, will one day face their demise and what will history or anyone else say about them? Mostly people will say, “Joe Bloke, who?”
When Shirley met her Maker, she received her reward far greater than an Oscar – she will hear from the Lord, ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant!” Wonder what these others will hear when giving an account of their lives?

I could only post the least of the nasty remarks made about Shirley for it seems some people are so lacking in vocabulary they have to resort to vile, nasty, and repulsive language.
Here are a few:
Saddest part about Shirley Temple dying: I learned on Wikipedia that she spent most of her post-acting life working for the Republican Party
while everyone (over 60) is doing their Shirley Temple memories, here is mine: She was a republican… i didnt need to know anything more—

I'm not sure which depresses me more: that Shirley Temple died or that she was a Republican who supported the Vietnam War.—

Twenty years from now most of the Republican Party will be dead. Shirley Temple was just another old conservative who now can't vote.
Shirley Temple Black was an inspiration to so many child stars who dreamed of becoming adult Republican idiots.
RIP Shirley Temple, gorgeous little girl pity you became a Republican. —

I had no idea Shirley Temple was such a staunch Republican. I guess the "Good Ship Lollipop" was really a INS deportation boat.
Sorry not that sad about Shirley Temple because she became a conservative nut bag.—

It's sad whenever someone dies; but Shirley Temple was an Anti-Choice, Republican who wanted to abolish welfare.
RIP to adorable child Shirley Temple who died long ago, withered into a steely-eyed conservative hate-creature.—

R.I.P. #ShirleyTemple an iconic image and brand as a child marred in adult life by her unfortunate right wing Republican tendencies
Shirley Temple was a roaring racist and I'm glad one less bigot has been removed from this earth. ~~~~~~~~~
