TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Impact Wrestling announced they are bringing one of their flagship pay-per-view events back to the Dallas/Ft. Worth wrestling fans. Slammiversary XII will take place Sunday, June 15 in Arlington, Texas live from the College Park Center at the University of Texas at Arlington. Slammiversary X was held at the same location in June 2012, in which the main event was Sting versus Bobby Roode for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. It was Impact Wrestling’s largest domestically attended pay per view at the time.

Tickets for this huge event will go on sale starting March 28 at 10a.m. at the College Park center box office. Tickets can also be purchased by phone at 817-272-9595 or online at utatickets.com. Impact Wrestling is just coming off the Lockdown pay per view in Miami, Florida which broke the record for attendance from Slammiversary X.

Impact Wrestling boasts such stars as the current TNA world heavyweight champion, Magnus, Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle, EC3 (Ethan Carter III), Gail Kim, Jeff Hardy, and former WWE star, MVP. The current storyline centers around MVP resting control of the company, away from TNA president Dixie Carter, after a victory by his team at the Lockdown pay per view. Many wrestling fans are wondering if the icon Sting will appear at the pay per view. Sting has main evented 3 of the past 4 Slammiversary’s. Many have speculated that Sting will sign a contract to end his career with World Wrestling Entertainment. Dixie Carter addressed the rumor recently, “haven’t heard anything about that for real” said the TNA president. “Wish Sting would get back on team Dixie. We have a great, long successful history together.” Impact Wrestling airs every Thursday night at 9/8c on Spike TV
