Impact color at Pamella Roland for Spring /Max Mara and Alexa Chung arrive in DC

Pamella DeVos, showed her Pamella Roland Spring 2012 line in the box under the tent at Lincoln Center.  The line evoked a retro feel of a woman who loves to get dressed to perfection and isn't afraid to embrace color, an occasional choice print and even feathers.

The finely edited line presented a little something for everyone including beautiful dresses for women who work and the ladies who lunch as well as a cocktail themed night on the town.  Many of the pieces looked like they would be perfectly suited for Joan or Betty from Mad Men and I was happy to see clothes that flatter a woman in all the right places.
