Immigration protests and feds bringing riot gear could lead to violence

Last week citizens in Murrieta, California protested the federal government's attempt to dump illegal immigrants in their community by physically stopping a bus filled with them from getting to the housing facility. Breitbart News from Texas reports today that federal Marshalls or ICE may arrive there on Monday with riot gear to suppress the protestors and allowed the next bus filled with illegal immigrants to arrive at the housing facility.

Breitbart reports that local police are issues warnings to citizens in Murrieta and surrounding towns. Murrieta resident John Henry was quoted by Breitbart as saying, “We're being told that federal Marshals or ICE will be here in the next few days and that they are bringing riot gear," Henry said. "They're apparently going to be blocking off the street with concrete blockades so that no vehicles can get through. The River County Sheriff's Department showed up last night and brought a huge watch tower that shoots up into the air 35 feet."

Citizens are outraged that illegal immigrants, who have arrived in the United States illegally, are being allowed to stay and taxpayer money is being used to house them and treat them. Breitbart reports, “Henry expressed frustration at the fact that the illegal immigrants are being "rewarded" for breaking the law--after illegally crossing the border, they receive a slew of taxpayer subsidized benefits like housing, food, education, vocational training, and legal counsel. Most are then released onto U.S. soil.”

The busloads of illegal immigrants are being transported under contracts paid for by the federal government under which 65,000 illegal immigrant children from Central America, who have come to the country via the border with Mexico, have been expected to be transported to a number of locations across the country.

Citizens are being warned that “it's going to ugly” if the protests continue as federal agents bring in riot gear and more forces Monday to suppress the protests. Given the strong public opposition to the president's immigration policies, and the invasion taking place at the Southern border with Mexico, increased citizen protests as well as mobilization of more federal forces in places like Murrieta could lead to deadly consequences. The crisis might call into question just how far the Obama Regime will go to enforce this illegal immigration policy on a public that so strongly opposes the policy.
