Immaculate Conception hosted the Ray Long Classic, January 5, 2015

Immaculate Conception in Lodi, NJ, held the 5th Annual Ray Long Classic on January 5, 2015.

Ray Long was an influential coach who generously donated much of his time through AAU basketball.

Caldwell High School and Dwight Morrow High School opened up the event.

The next game of the day was played by River Dell and Cresskill High School.

The third game of the day was played by the host team, Immaculate Conception, and Saddle Brook High School.

The fourth game was played between Holy Angels and Morristown-Beard.

The fifth game featured rivals Marist and Bayonne.

The last game was played between Kennedy and Clifton.

Jonathan Planes graciously donated his time and efforts to DJ the entire event. He provided music and announcements. His contact information is, 732-690-8913.

Immaculate Conception raised approximately $4,000 for the Ray Long Scholarship Fund. $2,000 of the money raised came from the ad book/program that was created for the event. To be included in this ad book next year, interested parties can contact the school.
