Earlier today in Beverly Hills, California, welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao and junior welterweight titleholder Timothy Bradley again faced off with one another at the inaugural press conference announcing their June 9th fight. Pacquiao meets Bradley at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada in one of the year’s biggest fights and likely one of the last hurrahs for the Filipino superstar.
The two men had actually met up with one another yesterday during a photo and commercial shoot in advance of their fight yet from a sneak peak of the video that hit the net showing their interaction, there seems to be no real animosity between them. It’s only when the bell rings that the real tension will likely be in the air.

A noticeable bit of info from today’s presser is the fact that Bradley, who has fought just once above the 140-pound limit in the past five years, revealed to the assembled media that he is now walking around at 165 pounds with the fight three and a half months away.
Shedding eighteen months in the coming weeks likely won’t be a problem for the Palm Springs, California-born champion but the photos from the past few days show a drastic change in his appearance.
From here, Pacquiao and Bradley will next venture off to New York, where they will meet up at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers for another press con.
