While welfare benefits, Green Energy Scams and Obama/Slim phones are still getting their funding, Obama/Napolitano/& faceless bureaucrats are releasing illegal aliens from detention centers across the country. Although Arkansas doesn't have an ICE detention facility, many of these illegal aliens are from Arkansas and could end up back in the state due to family/gang connections. Here are some stats of illegal aliens being transferred from Arkansas to ICE facilities, several of which are in states that border Arkansas.

SB2, A Voter ID bill was debated in the Arkansas House State Agencies Committee. It was debated & amended, but not voted on. The footage of this debate will be in the video archives of the Arkansas. Although the race card was played, there was no mention of illegal aliens (undocumented immigrants) being allowed to vote.

The Lake Maumelle Watershed Zoning Plan was to be voted on February 26 2013. The plan would take away property rights by using a concept known as "open space". Open space forces private property owners to allow a part of their land to remain undeveloped and even unkept. The excuse for open space was to protect the water in Lake Maumelle, which is the watersource for millions with Central Arkansas. There are already zoning regulations and a buffer zone around the lake. The biggest problem regarding the Lake Maumelle Watershed are boats and dirt roads, neither of which this zoning regulation deals with at all. This zoning ordinance is part of UN Agenda 21, which also makes us dependent on 3rd world fossil fuel from failed countries like Mexico.
The amendment stops industrial development, but also stops items like open space from being implemented. The amended ordinance will have to be read @ 2 meetings in order to be put in place.
