Police in Georgetown, DE have arrested three men for the repeated rape of a 16-year-old girl, the attack allegedly taking place in a room at the Classic Motel over a two-day period, earlier this month.
Georgetown Police Lt. Lawrence Grose told a WMDT News reporter: “They just raped her repeatedly between the 5th and the 6th. They held her down, wouldn't let her leave the room.”
The day after the ordeal ended, the girl‘s family reported the alleged rape. The victim was taken to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital and interviewed at the Children's Advocacy Center. Medical staff confirmed that the girl’s injuries were indeed consistent with a violent sexual assault.
All three suspects, Felix Flores, Alex Alvarado and Erik Maldonado have been charged with rape as well as kidnapping.
The victim reportedly knew Alvarado, but not the two other assailants.
Lt. Grose said: “It took us a while to figure out who they exactly were... The other two guys involved actually turned out to be his cousins.”
He continued: “At least we got them, and they can't hurt anybody else. Nobody should be treated like that, nobody. Especially a little girl. Because to us, she's still a little girl.”
Georgetown police have confirmed that Flores and Alvarado had outstanding warrants for failing to show up for their deportation hearings four years ago.
All of the suspects are being held at the Sussex Correctional Institute.

Had the Lt. been doing the job for which he took a sworn oath there would be no illegal aliens in the area who could rape a citizen.
If the mayor, council members, police, and other representatives performed the job they are paid to do we would not be reading about these barbarians.
If the victim or her family knew Alvarado was an illegal alien this horrific crime should convince them to urge any and every one to report, not befriend or harbor, people who illegally reside in our communities/country.
Taxpayers should put all elected/appointed officials in DE on notice that the blood of any victim of a crime committed by an illegal alien will be on their hands and they will be prosecuted for their complicity in the crime(s).

Failed to show up for deportation hearing?, and this 16 year old girl becomes a victim! I have a problem with that, and we need to vote the politicians out who are not enforcing our immigration laws. I feel that the democrats want amnesty to get more votes, and there are a few fence straddling republicans guilty also. I am a notary public in Hamilton County Ohio, and I notarize papers for illegals or green card immigrants so they can get free primary health care from our government. There is proof that we are losing control of our country and our finances. We need a volunteer force of citizens to root out the illegals, and send them home where they belong. What a shame this happened to this girl, and I blame the corrupt politicians.
