Last week, a Warren County, OH grand jury indicted Armando Bautista Hernandez, 27, on multiple counts of rape, attempted rape and abduction.
On June 4, Hernandez allegedly abducted a 16-year-old girl, and held her against her will at a Red Roof Inn in Deerfield Twp., raping her for several hours.
Police found the girl in Hernandez’ room after her friend reported her missing.
Though an illegal alien, his attorney Tim McKenna, says that Hernandez is currently working construction, building a water tower in Texas.
Hernandez is being held on $1 million bail, but due to his illegal status, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has also placed a hold on him.
If convicted on all charges, Hernandez could face up to 46 years in prison.

You have a right to free speech! Why did you not post about your CIR? Why do you call names. Illegal aliens are not a race or ethnicity. The only thing they share is disrespect for our laws. These are not the nastiest examples of illegal alien crime by any means. They are the daily occurrence of tragedy, pain and death brought to Americans by illegal aliens. These stories are just not covered by the MSM, so, thankfully, Dave Gibson presents what so much of the media hides. You can't argue with statistics -- the majority of illegals in the US are of Hispanic origin. 70% are from Mexico, another 20% are from South America, and the other 10% are from around the world. So, you are going to see a lot of reports on HISPANICS who are ILLEGAL committing crimes. Shut up.

These horrific crimes seem to be daily occurances. These animals sneak into our country and commit crime after crime, but they are now, with this administration, a protected species. Most of the time, they rape and kill, then run back to the lawless countries from which they came. They do that when they have traffic accidents when they drive illegally...run! What cowards they are. They learned that from their corrupt countries. Don't take any responsibility for your actions. Just run. After all, Mexico has abdicated its responsibilities to their people.
