On December 3, New Jersey State Police arrested Elias Santos, 32, and charged him with first degree aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to NJ State Police spokesman Sgt. First Class Stephen Jones, the incident took place two days before Thanksgiving, in the girl’s home in Upper Freehold.
The victim is under the age of 10.
Santos, who works at a Christmas tree farm, admitted to police that he is in the country illegally from Guatemala.
He is currently being held at the Monmouth County Jail.

Any talk about going after this "Christmas Tree Farm" that hired this scum. I am sick and tired of the fact that this little girl has suffered the unimaginable because it is "the cost of doing business". Or maybe even 8 and 9 year old little girls have to bear the repercutions of the greedy and narcissistic business owners whom hire these people. I'm disgusted.
I know of an elderly woman (now deceased) that was asleep in
her room when an illegal Mexican migrant
entered her room from a window, raped and sodomized her
for hours. After the creep left, the poor woman was afraid to leave her room. Finally she ran out of the door when she saw daylight and found her way to
her daughters house on the same property.
Seems like these illegal bums do what they want since it's easier
for them to get away with crime.
