On Wednesday, police in West Valley City arrested Cecilio Avila, 26, on suspicion of child rape. The next day, he was charged with sodomy on a child, sex abuse of a child and two counts of child rape.

According to West Valley City Police Sgt. Mike Powell, the Mexican national sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl on February 1, 2011, at a La Quinta Inn.

Police believe there may be a second victim, another underage girl who was also in the hotel room. Avila was reportedly playing a game of ‘spin the bottle’ with the two girls.

Avila, who uses several aliases, is currently being held in the Salt Lake County Metro Jail.

Help fight illegal immigration. Visit the NumbersUSA and the ALIPAC websites. We need federal E-Verify legislation to force employers to verify social security numbers.

E-Verify is not the answer, they are using the crisis they are creating to force the rest of us to comply with more invasion of our privacy, they will control your employment and use it to coerce you to accept more draconian measures. It has nothing to do with illegal immigration.

You want to stop this? Either tell the government, your employee, that they better get with it, or be considered an enemy of the people. OR, buy a good rifle.

Another ugly dude from south of the border.

This is another crime against a child that would not have happened if the criminal had not been here. Apparently, most of our government, anti-American groups, many employers and the bleeding hearts of this country approve of child rape If not, they would have stopped the invasion years ago, since they know this is a particular crime ignored in many of the countries they come from, especially the hell hole just south of our border.

Another preventable crime. Big business, churches (Mormon, Catholic and Protestant) and liberal orgs just don't get it. They would say we're "cherrypicking" these stories, claiming they are "isolated incidents". Meanwhile, the society's going to hell in a handbasket.

Hey, MEX? If the USA is such a mess, in your opinion, then why are you and your countrymen coming here? Why stay? You have no right to be here, but you have every right to leave. Be gone! No one will miss you....
