The iHEARTRADIO Country Festival is officially happening. The Boot reported on Jan. 10, 2014 that Clear Channel Entertainment will be bringing top country artists together to perform on stage for the first iHEARTRADIO Country Festival. Artists including Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Jake Owen, Florida Georgia Line and Hunter Hayes are scheduled to perform at the event.

Underwood showed her excitement for the big show by saying “It’s going to be a big party for all of us” adding “I’ve been lucky enough in my life to go to lots of different other genre concerts as a fan, and I think I would rather be in a country crowd than any other crowd, just because they’re fun, they’re singing along, they’re dancing, everybody’s cool to one another.”

Start making plans to grab your tickets for the iHEARTRADIO Country Festival that will be happening on March 29, 2014 at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas with Clear Channel radio personality Bobby Bones hosting the show. Tickets go on sale at noon EST on Jan. 18, 2014.

Clear Channel Entertainment Enterprises President John Sykes discussed why the first iHEARTRADIO Country Festival was put together saying "The response to our country performers at the last three iHEARTRADIO Music Festivals was so incredible we decided to create an entire show just for them.” Sykes continued by adding “It will be a country fan's dream and a testament to the power of country music and recognition of the stature of these artists."
