The world of grassroots racing is turning green, and it's not just the grass during spring time fruition. Xtreme 100 will be partnering this year with Ignite Racing Fuels as a title sponsor for 2010 and some of the drivers will be running the highly anticipated ethanol racing fuel. Ignite Racing Fuel is made for every type of motorsports, from the smallest garage tuner all the way up to the largest racing circuits out there. Sponsoring the Xtreme 100 is a great step towards establishing the fuel's credibility, showcasing just how much power can be gained, all while money is being simultaneously saved. Ignite Racing Fuel is going to be used in the 100 lap Xtreme race held on August 22, 2010 at Mt. Pleasant Speedway in Mt. Pleasant, MI. Both the association and drivers are looking forward to this year's race.
The Xtreme 100 is a 100 lap race that is divided into two 50 lap segments around a dirt ring, only separated by a 15 minute break. Racers run under UMP National Modified rules. This being the third year of the Xtreme 100 race, it will be interesting to see how Ignite Racing Fuel up's the ante for both drivers and spectators by providing more power and cooler running engines.
