The Superintendent and his assistants should have to reapply for their jobs every year. Their rehiring must be based on their performances.
Every downtown administrator and bureaucrat and every administrator and bureaucrat at the Educational Service Centers must reapply for their jobs every year.
School principals, deans, coordinators, and assistant principals must be renewed every year by a vote of the faculty and a board of parents.
Most importantly, Board of Education members must be stand for election annually so that the voters can judge them on the merits of their performances.
If we teachers have no tenure, no one else should!
