16) PUBLIC EDUCATION REFORM

Under “No Child Left Behind” and with the new Department of Education, the Federal Government has taken control of the curriculum. They have required that every school has a “Citizen Curriculum Review Board”. And essentially these groups only serve to give legitimacy to the curriculum as they have no veto power over the crap the Federal Government is sending down hill. I assert that the powers that be want schools to produce pliable, gullible sheople and not citizens who boldly participate in the animated contest between liberty and tyranny.

I have been shocked and dismayed that there is great difficulty in speaking to persons in both the Occupy and TEA Party Movements in terms our Founding Fathers codified and/or embraced. Enlightenment, Natural Law, Liberty and Property Rights are terms who present day Americans largely or entirely are unaware of and this can only be through the failure of our Public Education system to teach the intellectual underpinnings of the American Revolution. As a result, WE THE PEOPLE are forced to speak in the language and perspectives of political parties. And this does not generally result in constructive dialogue.

The present system of American Government is a systemically corrupt departure from the intent of the Founding Fathers, Natural Law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I alleged that the teaching of things related to the Enlightenment, Natural Law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights have been purposely omitted from our public school curriculum not for the benefit of WE THE PEOPLE, but rather to facilitate the morphing of our Government desired by the corrupt, incumbent ruling class elite.

Indeed, considering the historical purposes of compulsory education — the training of young Americans to be good citizens of the state, rather than intellectually curious, independent, creative, and knowledgeable persons — the government-school system has succeeded, perhaps beyond reasonable expectations.

American youth appear to be even more favorable to government management and control than older generations, at least on a number of important issues. On the matter of free speech and expression, which ties in not so tangentially to Poole's case, a recent poll conducted by the University of Connecticut found, among other unsettling things, that one in three students of public and government-regulated private schools thought the language of the First Amendment went “too far,” and only half of them thought that newspapers should be allowed to print stories without government approval.”http://bit.ly/wVsweL

Anthony Gregory - Public-School Outrages (in re William Poole)

As President, I would work to make sure our future generations are instructed in the principles of freedom. All Public School Curriculum shall include Enlightenment, Natural Law, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, The Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist papers and insight into the Spirit and Vision of the Founding Fathers.

To encourage diversity of thought, all control of curriculum shall be returned to the States and the School Boards. Standardized testing on the three R’s (Reading, Writing and Arithmetic) shall continue. In addition, the standardized test shall include a section on Natural Law, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, The Federalist and Anti Federalist papers and US History.

If a school’s students cumulative average scores fall more than 1 standard deviation below the mean scores, the appropriate authorities may consider intervention. If a schools cumulative average scores fall more than 2 standard deviations from the mean, the appropriate authorities shall be required to intervene.

To further insure and instill the proper care of the tree of liberty, each spring before a Presidential Election, a contest shall be held. Said contest to encourage essays, speeches, presentation and/or play about the Enlightenment, Natural Law, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Federalist papers, the Anti-Federalist papers and/or the Spirit and Vision of the Founding Fathers. At the National Level, the best of each category (up to 15 persons for a play/skit shall be awarded full 4 year college tuition to the University, College, Community College or Technical School of their choice (as long as they maintain at least a 2.5 GPA) They shall also be invited to and given recognition at either the swearing in of the President or the 1st day of the New Congress at the governments choice. (We would encourage States, Counties and Cities to also give local level awards for the best entries in their locality)

Further, every year during my administration a reward ceremony and dinner and/or party shall be held at the White house for the Public High School graduating class with the best GPA. A separate similar event shall be held for the Fraternity and Sorority at a Public Secondary Education institution with the highest overall GPA. And a Separate similar event shall also be held for Dormitory at a Public Secondary Education institution with the highest overall GPA.

Kindergarteners will not be taught about sex and homosexuality under my administration.

Sex Education shall be taught at a point in physical development just before the onset of puberty. Parents have the right to opt their child out.

Exposure to formal teaching to inform students about Homosexuality shall not occur until the Senior Year of Public High School.

At the onset of 9th grade and until their senior year, School Staff shall inform all students with concerns about their sexual orientation that they may speak to a designated “Sexual Orientation” school staff person. If so desired and interest is sufficient, this staff person may hold group discussion or counseling sessions with parental consent of those attending. Signs announcing this resource shall also be posted around the school.

School Vouchers and Magnet schools shall also be priorities of my Administration.

17) HEALTH CARE REFORM

ObamaCare must be revoked. It will bankrupt the Country and lower the quality of healthcare of all Americans (except the ruling class elite)

Obamacare is not about health care, it is about control. The ruling class can discreetly control WE THE PEOPLE by rationing away or making WE THE PEOPLE aware that our healthcare, or that of our spouse, children or parents could be rationed aware if we engage in political dissent.

“How can you protest your government if they can ration away your or your family’s healthcare?”

The facts as I understand them are that 84% of American’s have healthcare coverage. Of the remaining 16%, 8% are persons 18-28 years old who choose not to have healthcare insurance.

That leaves 8% of the population that is not happy with the healthcare system as it was prior to enactment of Obamacare. What sense does it make to deprive the 92% of Americans satisfied with the old healthcare system, to address the needs of the 8% who are not satisfied. And, as has been documented in other countries with Nationalized medicine, why do the 92% have to be subjected to reduced quality health insurance to address the concerns of the 8%?

Ergo, let’s keep the free market healthcare system but subsidize the health insurance of the 8%? We retain all the great aspects of free market healthcare and address the concerns of the 8% much more cost effectively.

As president, that would be my course of action.

Further, I would propose tax breaks or subsidizing for persons forced to purchase cost prohibitive insurance because of pre-existing conditions.

I would push for public auditing of insurance companies to be a requirement of their licensing.

I would also push for transferability of employment benefit related insurance.

I would also call for the health insurance industry to put together 4 levels of standardized health insurance so consumers compare companies “apples to apples” instead of “apples to oranges” All company would be required provide and price these standard policies. Insurance Companies could offer other policies, but the standardized policies would consumers an idea of what coverages they should be concerned with and a general idea of the pricing practices of the various insurance companies.

Minimum Coverage, Medium coverage, top coverage and catastrophic only coverage.

18) EXPANDED WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION FOR GOVERNMENT INSPECTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS

Currently protection for Whistleblowers only extends employees and is not very effective and is difficult to enforce.

Subcontractors are not covered by most Whistleblower laws and the practice of subcontract labor has grown greatly.

And next, we are finding more often that Government inspectors have been prevented from freely performing their jobs of protecting WE THE PEOPLE. From food processing to banking, inspectors are meeting with political interference. And this puts WE THE PEOPLE at risk and/or causes us to pick up the tab for the damage done.

As president I say, “No more!” Whistle blowing is a form of Political Dissent. And dissent is the highest form of patriotism. Whistleblowers should be celebrated not thought of as second class citizens.

As president, I would press for expansion of Whistleblower protections. Amongst this expansion would be the inclusion of whistleblower protection for subcontract labor.

And since most whistleblowers will tell you their employers have other ways to encourage them to leave their job, their biggest concern is there livelihood after the whistle blowing is said and done.

Therefore, another expanded protection would be guaranteed employment of the employee by the employer. If the business terminates the whistleblower employee/subcontractor or if the whistleblower employee/subcontractor terminates their relationship with the business/person and cites ongoing retaliation by the business, the whistleblower is guaranteed at least 5 years employment by the newly established Anti-Corruption committee.

The wages for that whistleblower for the next 5 years with the Anti-Corruption Committee shall be paid by either the government agency in the geographic area in which the offense occurred (State, County, City). That agency may sue the offending business/person for reimbursement. This policy to give incentive for local governments to protect whistleblowers and to prevent the Federal Government from creating a policy without funding it from the most appropriate source.

If it is a Government agency that is guilty of retaliating against a whistle blowing employee/subcontractor or constituent, that governmental body shall be responsible for funding the whistleblowers employment with the Anti-corruption committee for 5 years.

Once year there would be a White House Dinner recognizing Whistleblowers (employees, subcontractors, inspectors, regulators and constituents) who made contributions on the Federal Level or which were of great regional or national magnitude and impact.

19) WELFARE REFORM – NEGATIVE INCOME TAX

There is no reason that citizens in good standing should not be trusted.

As President, I would eliminate most “Welfare in kind” and make direct cash payments to the recipients.

This would also help balance the government budgets. When this candidate did a term paper on this subject in college, the administrative cost of delivering 1 dollar of welfare to the recipient was 1 dollar. In other words, for every dollar of “welfare benefit” a recipient received, it cost a dollar in administrative costs to deliver it.

Checking under beds for allegedly non-resident fathers and other enforcement is expensive.

The better program is to establish what the poverty line and pad it by 20%. This poverty line would be calculated for various size family units from 1 to 20?. I don’t know what the most number of children any family has had is. (The poverty line might have to localized)

Each year, the family submits its tax return. It receives a dollar for every dollar its income is under 120% of the poverty line. This amount is distributed in 12 equal monthly payments.

No more Federal food stamps, section 8 housing, etc. for law abiding Americans.

The exceptions would be for instance, convicted felons, well documented addicts of drugs, alcohol and gambling, convictions and/or other documented welfare fraud, documented child neglect, etc within the past 10 years.

States would be encouraged to keep their indigent and emergency medical assistance programs.

20) ANTI NEW WORLD ORDER (NWO)

AKA ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT (OWG) POLICY

There are various groups and persons who seek to unify all the people of the world under One World Government. I am not one of them. Further, I believe it to be unconstitutional for our Government to be subservient to a foreign government.

As President, I will vigorously oppose all of the machinations used to attempt to subvert the sovereignty of WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America.

Further, I will audit and examine the United Nations. Money buys influence everyplace in America but the United Nations. Either the United States gets greater consideration for its major contribution to the United Nations Budget, or we will have to reassess the size of that investment.

21) ANTI-BALKINIZATION POLICY

Balkanize

1. to divide (a country, territory, etc.) into small, quarrelsome, ineffectual states.

2. ( often lowercase ) to divide (groups, areas, etc.) into contending and usually ineffectual factions: a movement to balkanize minority voters.

One of the strategies to prepare the United States of America to be forced into a OWG is balkanization.

Various regions of some states no longer speak English. Pockets of legal and illegal immigrants have failed to assimilate into the American melting pot. Unless we enact policies to encourage assimilation into mainstream American Society, these pockets of unassimilated people will continue increase in size and number until they are balkanized and problematic.

As President I will enact policies to prevent the further balkanization of America.

21 A) ENGLISH AS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

Establishment of English as the official language of Law, signs, Contracts, business and employment will encourage new immigrants to better integrate into American Society.

As President, I would make it a high priority to enact legislation making English the official Language of America.

21 B) BORDERS

In the 1990’s, illegal immigrants were granted Amnesty. WE THE PEOPLE were assured this would be a one time amnesty and would never occur again.

WE THE PEOPLE were promised a fence would be built on the Southern Border. This did not occur. In the 00’s, building of a Southern Border fence was approved but not adequately funded. Very little of it got built.

It is well demonstrated in history that most countries that lose control of their borders soon are overrun and fade into obscurity. It is well known that illegal immigrant communities are contributing to the balkanization of America

As president, I would secure our most problematic borders.

However, it has been pointed out to me that technological advances may make expensive, bulky easily evaded walls and fences unnecessary. Cameras exist on satellites that can read the print on golf balls from space. If a high tech wall would be more effective than low tech wall, I would pursue that option. In any case, our most problematic borders would be brought under our control.

Further, I would explore the idea of using Licensed Bounty hunters by placing bounties on healthy, uninjured illegal immigrants to the appropriate authorities. Whistleblowers of course could also receive rewards for notifying authorities of employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens.

Regardless of Race, Religion, Sex or Creed, this president will protect his fellow NATURAL AND LEGAL IMMIGRANT CITIZENS from all dangers, foreign and domestic.

21 C) IMMIGRATION

I am going to begin by speaking the harsh reality of immigration.

America needs immigration for a variety of reasons. Among the most important right now is that our fertility rate is not sufficient to maintain our current population. History shows that Country’s with declining populations soon find their political, economic and military power in decline.

Further, legal immigration brings new skills set and new synergies to the American Culture.

It also helps fill shortages of skill sets in the short run.

We should use legal immigration to allow the best and the brightest into our country.

At the same time, illegal immigration is a crime.

Let us compare immigration to someone entering your house illegally. How do you feel about an uninvited person being in your house? If you are not there? If you are there? Do you feel secure? When things come up missing, who do you suspect? The fact is you feel less secure and violated.

Just as you have the right to refuse entry to your house by strangers, does not our country have the same right refuse entry across its borders?

And just as you feel anxious and insecure about uninvited persons being in your house, should not your government have the same feelings about those who illegally cross the border?

Illegal immigration causes many similar concerns. However, because its effects are less visible, identifiable, personal and quantifiable, many dismiss or diminish its harmful effects.

Nevertheless, the economic laws of supply and demand still apply. If more people want jobs, the wages paid go down. If more people want housing, food, cars and daycare, the prices of these go up. Legal Citizens are the only ones to suffer the consequences.

Doesn’t our country have the right and obligation to control illegal immigration to prevent wages from going down and the price of goods from going up?

If we have to have immigration to maintain our population, shouldn’t our government give preference to the best and the brightest, filling skill set shortages, political asylum and the like?

And we have not even discussed the risks of terrorists and disease plagues coming across an uncontrolled border.

Further, as we discussed under Borders, illegal immigration contributes to the balkanization of America.

As president, I would support legal immigration levels equal to the amount necessary to maintain our current population or increase it up to 1% each year.

50% of these would be based on recruiting the best and the brightest, 25% would be devoted to attracting skill set shortages (right now nursing and home health care), 10% for political asylum or other political consideration and the other 15% by random lottery.

As President, I would strictly enforce illegal immigration laws by securing the border and actively seeking out and deporting illegal immigrants.

And I would not permit another amnesty because I will not break the promise made to the American people in the 1990’s that that amnesty would be the last amnesty.

22) DIVERSITY SYNERGY

As President, I would want to act to increase original thought through immigration, promoting innovation in governance, the internet and by instilling original thought process in future generations.

We have already discussed how I would instill original thought processes in future generations through public education, the internet and libraries.

And we have touched broadly on encouraging original thought processes through encouraging the best and brightest to immigrate legally to the USA. Different Cultures have different methods of looking at, considering and resolving problems. And that is the rational for the belief in of achieving synergy through immigration diversity.

Finally, there is the problem of all these bureaucrats going on all these retreats for training. Cities, Counties and States are not clones of each other. Ideally Cities, Counties and States would come up with their own unique governance styles and solutions to common problems so multiple solutions could be implemented and the results compared.

But this exchange of ideas at these Government Bureaucrat retreats does not lead to this type of interaction. Instead original thought is squelched. This leads to a monoculture attitude for managing diverse groups of WE THE PEOPLE. And in the end, this results in municipal and State Governance styles and methods that are easiest for the bureaucrats and politicians implement and not necessarily conducive to maximum liberty of the individual. (And to top it off, most of the time when these bureaucrats get these government field trips, they skip the education and treat the event as vacations days at the beach, bar or casino.)

In any case, especially in this economy, spending money for training trips and/or retreats seems to be a bad use of limited resources.

As President, I would encourage elected officials to deny expenses for traveling for bureaucrats for training and retreats. Bureaucrats need to think originally for themselves. And WE THE PEOPLE should not be subjected to Governance styles that are merely the easiest for our elected officials and Government Bureaucrats to administer.

23) CONSERVATION

Some ruling class elitists would have us believe there is no need for conservation.

Ask any rank and file American mother and she will tell you she is concerned about the environment because she is concerned for her children’s future. If an American mother is convinced conservation concern is legitimate, she will act upon it by vote and/or personal action. All of this out of concern for the future of her children.

Which brings us to global warming?

Based on the emails admitting the global warming scientist were under great political pressure to get the “right” answer and based on those emails indicating the scientists caved to pressure and altered the data to get the desired result, I do not believe in global warming.

As President, I would undertake a deep personal investigation into the matter of global warming. If it can be demonstrated to me that global warming is real, I will establish a commission to recommend the best way to deal with the situation.

In no instance shall I go along with the “Carbon Credit” Scam. It makes no sense that America would pay money to 3rd world country dictators to solve global warming problems here. To me it appears to be a giant Ponzi scheme by the ruling class elite to rip off WE THE PEOPLE.

24) WAR ON DRUGS

As president, either we will win the war on drugs or we are going to legalize them, regulate them and tax the crap out of them.

It occurs to me that the only reason the war on drugs has not been won is because government officials are accepting bribes and/or other consideration to look the other way.

Rather than let gangs and corrupt government officials and judges profit from the destruction drugs cause in our society, if the war on drugs cannot be won by the 3rd year of my term, I would press legislation to legalize, regulate and the tax the crap out of them.

At least then, the economic powers and influence of gangs and corrupt government officials would be vastly diminished and the income stream would fund enforcement and rehabilitation expenses.

25) WAR ON TERROR

“In time of actual war, great discretionary powers are constantly given to the Executive Magistrate. Constant apprehension of War, has the same tendency to render the head too large for the body. A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty. The means of defence against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home.“

The War on terror must either be won quickly or ended.

In its current form, it is more a means for the government to infringe the liberties of WE THE PEOPLE for the governments own ends, than it is to actually wage a war on terror.

Further, we must be more frugal with the expenditures from the public treasury.

As President, I would bring the War on Terror to a rapid conclusion and rescind from the government the powers to infringe the rights and liberties that can only be lawfully repressed in times of declared war.

As president, I would pledge to protect rank and file Americans from enemies, foreign and domestic, with the minimum infringement of their rights and liberties.

26) MILITARY

I am hawk. But I am a hawk conscious of expense, risks and rewards.

Our military is over extended. Our military strategy does not make sense to me.

Our Country cannot maintain this level of military involvement for this long in this economy.

It is time to assess all of our military commitments and make the necessary adjustments.

We need to pull our horns in for a while, and make military moves with surgical precision.

Israel is our Ally. Israel says they can take care of themselves. I take Israel at their word on this.

If the net benefits do not meet or exceed the cost or potential costs in money and lives, our military involvement should be curtailed.

Protection of fair free market access to natural resources is a legitimate use of the military.

These statement reflect what my posture toward the military would be if I were elected president.

50) ADDITIONAL RECOGNITION CEREMONIES

As President, I would pursue annual ceremonies for Top non commissioned military personnel and Top Charitable Giver/Volunteers.

We need to give recognition and support to those who really advance the ideals of our Republic. Sports stars, Music Sensations and Hollywood celebrities are disappointments as role models for our youth. We need to make character and doing the right thing as or more inspiring and attractive to our youth than running fast, singing well, acting outrageously, dressing provocatively, wearing the bling and/or just being a pop celebrity.

Doing the right thing often takes a lot more effort than most people realize. And that extra effort and sacrifice deserves greater recognition.

51) ENCOURAGE ABSOLUTELY VOLUNTARY STANDARD PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENTS

So many marriages end in divorce and then in wasteful, time consuming divorce court actions.

For those able to place mind over passion, there should be a inexpensive, easily obtained Pre-Nuptial Contract. The ability to afford an attorney and be forced to pay to reinvent the wheel should not be an impediment to rank and file Americans to provide for possible outcomes, while they are still in a non-adversarial state of mind.

Standard “fill in the blank” Prenuptial agreements would spare much emotional anguish, legal expense and free up judicial calendars.

As President, I would direct the appropriate government agency to draw up a standard, fill in the blank, prenuptial agreement. I would also like the American BAR and various State BARs to participate in the drafting. I would futher like various parental rights groups to have great input on the final draft(s).

It would cover things like child custody, child support, visitation and division of property. It should downloadable from on the internet. General explanations and things to consider would be available on the internet. And perhaps address variations in the event the marriage ends before 1 year, at 5 years, at 10 years and at 20 years.

The document would require both signatures to be notarized with a 30 day right to rescission (or until the marriage, which ever comes first).(minimum 72 hours recission)

Sans a clear and compelling showing of cause, this prenuptial agreement would be iron clad.

This would create a better environment for children of divorced parents and reduce the work load of the courts.

52) ENCOURAGE ABSOLUTELY VOLUNTARY STANDARD PRE-COITAL AGREEMENT FOR UNMARRIED RELATIONSHIPS IN EVENT OF PREGNANCY AND/OR STD’S

Huge amounts of personal and government resources are involved in resolving unconsidered consequences of sexual intercourse.

Immediately we acknowledge that due to the nature of the passion of people, often their will be no considerations of consequences.

However, for those people who are able to put mind over passion, their should be an affordable, quickly accessible way to anticipate possible outcomes of the relations and reduce their intellectual sentiments to writing. The best way to provide an opportunity to reduce and/or avoid the duress and hardship to all parties concerns is an easy and cheaply available pre-Coitus agreement agreeing to what happens in the event of pregnancy and/or STD before the relationship becomes adversarial.

The contract would begin by both parties acknowledging they have reached the age of majority and are able to consent to Coitus. It will provide a check box indicating that not impaired or coherced into making this decision.

The contract would next have a No Known STD acknowledgement. Next, there will be check boxes that each of the participants can confirm that they are or are not using long term or will or will not use single event contraception.

The contract would state expected courses of action in the event of pregnancy including DNA testing, abortion, adoption, child support, custody and visitation. It could even include termination of parental rights and release from liability for child support payments.

In the event of STD’s, it would require notification of the other party by the party that first becomes aware of their contraction of the STD.

The Contract would be small and durable to make it easily transportable. The document would have the ability to take a thumbprint without needing ink. The thumbprints and signatures of both parties would be enough to execute the agreement. It should be self-duplicating in nature, so both parties can have a copy.

Sans a clear and convincing show of cause, the document would be ironclad in its ability to be enforced.

Such contracts document the potential consequences of a sexual relationship and would encourage rational thought in making these possibly permanently life altering decisions and would reduce the work load of the courts.

Persons with the presence of mind to think of these thinks should not face the obstacle of not being able to afford an attorney nor difficulty in finding such a product.

Again, a totally voluntary document for those so inclined with the intent of reducing drama to society and reducing the use of Government Resources like the courts.

96) CIVIL UNIONS

I am against gay marriage but for Civil Unions.

The Constitution and 1st Amendment prohibit the Government mandating what churches do. Personally, I feel forcing any church to do what it is opposed to, is wrong.

On the other hand, I recognize and appreciate the desire for same sex couples to be in a committed relationship.

To that end, I believe a separate legal category of personal union different and apart from marriage should be created to resolve issues of LGBT couples such as medical privacy, inheritance and insurance.

On the other hand, the State has a selfish interest in the procreation by heterosexual couples to produce more heterosexual offspring.

Therefore, most financial benefits accruing to heterosexual couples should not accrue to LGBT couples. The reasoning is not based on discrimination but rather the fact that the State has always given financial incentives for procreation within the traditional marriage. This is not prejudice, this is just simple logical biological fact.

I think my position represents a workable solution for both sides of this issue.

As President, I would favor implementation of this solution.

97) ABORTION

Though I believe I have the only possible compromise solution to this issue, forgive me if I take a few weeks to tweak the wording. The two major political parties have not resolved it for almost 50 years so they could use the issue to milk campaign contributions and manipulate WE THE PEOPLE.

I would like to take a few weeks to try to get the wording right, as best I can

98) AMNESTY AND EXPUNGEMENT

The prisons are full and prisoners are expensive.

As President I would propose Amnesty and Expungement for all persons with up to 2 non-violent convictions for drug related offenses related to personal use of controlled substances (as defined by the DOJ). Any objections to specific persons presented by prosecutors or victims would be given full and reasonable consideration.

99) FRONTIERS

America has always done best when it has had new frontiers.

Young people can escape the competition of already crowded and civilized areas of the country and go out any use the energy of their youth to stake their claim in the frontier.

Those of ill luck or tarnished reputation can escape to the new frontier to start afresh.

Restless souls can follow their hearts and express their high spirits in a geography more tolerant and less oppressive than already settled areas.

And these folks can send new sources of raw materials back to the more gentrified America.

Space, the moon or the ocean is the next likely frontier.

As president, I would press to establish a new frontier, finances permitting.

WHAT NOW?

It is my hope that during the course of reading this article, you repeatedly agreed with my position on the issues.

Further, upon reflection, I hope you contemplate why the candidates and major media have not covered these perspectives. It is my sincere hope that you now feel Enlightened and full of common sense.

Now, if I were actually running for president, I would tell you it is not enough to simply vote for me. The President cannot move his agenda without the support of Congress.

And, as we all know, if the current Congress can’t agree amongst themselves how to fleece WE THE PEOPLE, there is no chance they would cooperate in rolling back their tyranny.

I need you to elect persons that don’t have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo. What better way to do this than to not reelect the incumbents who creaed the status quo?

I need you to elect congress persons who want to restore our Constitution and our mutual liberties.

Gather your friends before your caucuses and primaries. Run yourselves for elected office. Gather a slate of delegates to your chosen political party. Organize to make sure that the old guard is tossed out of your chosen political party and a new constitution and liberty conscious group of citizen politicians takes the seats of power. In other words, just use your common sense.

And finally, if I am elected, I will need your commitment to call, fax, email, mail and visit in person your congress folks when I ask for your support and expressly say I need your support.

And now for you Nay Sayers. I have already heard from some of you.

You say there is no point in forcing this change. You naysayers say we will just replace those in power who are corrupt with another group of elected officials who also will become corrupt. Your apparent point being any change will inevitably fail and therefore, “Why try?…”

My response is, “What if George Washington had said that?”

Mankind would have missed out on the achievement of America and the liberties it afforded for more than 200 years.

While it is true, our country has atrophied into a Tyranny masquerading as a Representative Republic, WE THE PEOPLE still had more than 200 years of relative freedom.

Imagine the extent of the tyranny and repression had we not thrown of the English Crown?

And so for your naysayers and those willing to live as willing subjects under tyranny, I leave you with this thought:

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

Lastly, I challenge all the present candidates and likely candidates for president to draft a document similar to this. And if that is too hard, just take this document and right Yes or no on each section and subsection and identify your top 10 priorities.

And while we are at it, why don’t the candidates for Governor and Federal and State Legislatures in 2012 do the same? Can the rest of you persons running for office take a hint and exercise some common sense too?
