4) JUDICIAL TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY AND REFORM (Continued)

RIGHT TO CRITICIZE JUDGES/PROHIBITION OF RETALIATION

Judges often retaliate when criticized. This candidate himself has experience said retaliation for criticizing the Minnesota Judiciary.

The Right to Free Speech is Sacred in America. The Right to criticize the government without reprisal is a hallmark requirement of a Representative Republic. Yet judges often fine, sanction, jail, fix cases against and otherwise retaliate against citizens, lawyers and other government officials who would dare criticize.

It is in the interest of free speech, transparency and accountability that this Candidate for president indicates he would pursue legislation to remedy, restrict and criminalize this retaliation.

DUPLICITOUS USES OF THE COURTS

The Courts are used to punish voices of political dissent. Findings and Judgments not consistent with the Rule of Law are used to give adverse rulings to those who are Leaders or otherwise vocal in their political dissent of the government.

The Courts are used to marginalize political opponents. Again, think Rulings or the Delay of rulings inconsistent with the Rule of Law.

The Courts are used as an exchange of political favors. ibid

The Courts are used to exact personal grudges of judges and their friends. ibid

The Courts are used to fulfill commitments for gifts otherwise known as bribes. Ibid

The Congress has the Judiciary make laws as a matter of case law, so Congress does not have to face the fallout at election time. Since, most Federal Judges are appointed and not elected; they are insulated from electoral retribution by WE THE PEOPLE.

As president, besides the Transparency, Accountability and Reform expressed elsewhere in this document, I will pursue other measures to assure all citizens that come before the Courts receive justice in accordance to the Rule of Law applied to the impartially admitted facts in evidence.

SUPREME AND/OR APPELLATE COURT REFUSAL TO HEAR APPEAL

Because the Judicial and Legal System of the United States has become systemically corrupt, there is a necessity of greater transparency and accountability.

An area that has been alleged to be a point of abuse is the rejection of appeals without explanation. Ergo, WE THE PEOPLE have no idea of the rejection was done pursuant to the Rule of Law or some other unethical, illegal, unconstitutional reason.

As President, I would press legislation requiring all appeals that Federal and State, Supreme and/or Appellate Courts refuse to hear shall be provided with at least a one page explanation (Not including headers).

If reason for denying an appeal is a simple, correctable deficiency or error, the court shall provide a simple explanation of how to correct the deficiency or error and grant 30 days to fix the error or deficiency.

Otherwise, if historic legitimate reasons fall into 5-10 categories, a form with check boxes can be used and a 3-4 sentence summary of the rejection would suffice.

And of course it would have to contain the certification language discussed under a previous heading.

As president, I would pursue these reforms.

5) CITIZENS ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMITTEE

As President I would vigorously seek to set up a Citizen’s Anti-Corruption Committee consisting of 50 randomly selected citizens. 1 from each state.

The first requirements would be at least a high school diploma and no felony convictions.

Secondly, the individual will not have held elected office or worked for the government and promises not to hold elected office or work for the government for the rest of their lives.

Thirdly, these persons would agree to make all of their personal and 1st degree relatives finances public for the 1 year before taking office, during all years served on the committee and for 20 years after said service. In exchange for making their finances public, the committee member will get $10,000 for each year of compliance and their 1st degree relatives will get $5000.00 per year. The contractual obligation to maintain their finances as public shall be irrevocable once the any recipient has accepted one or more payments. (unless they are convicted of a felony)

These citizens shall be given a budget and authority to investigate ant part of Federal or State Government (Any office, branch, county, city, school, police, judge, president, dog catcher, etc) they so desire. They can get search warrants, wire taps etc using the same standards that apply to law enforcement.

Elected officials and Government Bureaucrats shall be noticed that they are employees and have no expectation of privacy in using government property or property paid for by the government.

This Anti-Corruption Committee can present their findings directly to any appropriate Grand Jury, Congress, Federal District Court or State Legislature. Or, they can request advice and assistance from the appropriate Federal, State or County Attorneys. Failure of any Government Attorney to give timely and correct assistance to this committee shall be considered treason and punishable as such.

6) RACE

In my opinion, Race is a contrived issue of the corrupt, incumbent, ruling class elite. It sole intent and purpose is to divide and conquer WE THE PEOPLE and distract WE THE PEOPLE from the shenanigans of the ruling class. For those who have been duped into buying into racism, know that you have been played for chumps by the ruling class elite. Further, anyone after being so informed who continues to engage in racist behavior, get thee away from me. I have no time for such gullible, easily manipulated fools.

7) REPEAL AND RESCIND LEGISLATION AND POLICIES WHICH CAUSED ECONOMIC DOWNTURN AND JOB LOSS

Here Pavlov, Hey boy…. Sit, Roll Over, Salivate…. Now Vote Boy, Vote.

All these candidates are promising new jobs without much explanation.

But that is the way of Edward Bernays style manipulation. The Ruling Class Elite wants you to vote based on emotions. You have no job now. You have financial stress. You are taking heat from your spouse. You have to disappoint your children by saying no because you have no money. And you don’t feel good about yourself because you expect more of yourself. You feel you have failed as provider.

Here Pavlov, Hey Boy… Here is a Job Bone for you! Speak boy! Now Vote Boy! Vote. Good boy.

It angers me politicians and political parties prey upon our fears and emotions. It angers me that politicians use the angst that they caused to attempt to manipulate the suffering masses.

All of these politicians voted for or supported enacting the laws and policies which caused Americans to lose their jobs and destroyed our economy. These evil politicians think WE THE PEOPLE are so gullible we still will vote for them because they promise us new jobs, even though they caused this mess with their vote or support of bad policy.

A new job will not cause WE THE PEOPLE to forget and forgive all the pain and anguish the loss of our jobs caused us.

The entire current stable of Presidential candidates agreed with, voted for or was unable to stop the policies that cost so many Americans their jobs….

I want you to remember every little heartache, embarrassment; anguish and sleepless night the loss of your job and/or the seeming impending likelihood that you could lose your job caused you. Savor it.. Did you get in a fight with your spouse over bills? Did you have to tell a child no to sports, piano or summer camp because you did not have the money? Were there tears? Did your car get repossessed? Did your house get foreclosed? Did you feel like a failure as provider? Hold on to that thought.

The very politicians promising you jobs now are the same ones whose votes and support of the bad policies cost you your last jobs, and caused this entire economic mess.

With those feelings I asked you to hold on to, you must refuse to be swept away by your emotional need to get a job to end your suffering that the promise of a new job by those that caused you the loss your last job will convince you to vote for them again. You cannot reward those candidates with the bad judgment and/or evil intent that caused your heartbreak and humiliation with election or reelection to any office. Any Real Man or Real Women will swiftly and energetically embrace this sentiment.

CORRUPTION

As president the first thing I would reverse would be the Governments current attitude towards corruption. Besides just being wrong, the cumulative effect of all the various types of corruption puts a tremendous drag on our economy.

One quick example – Pork Barrel Politics & Earmarks

The corrupt incumbent ruling class politicians add construction projects and other spending bills to legislation that have nothing to do with the original legislation.

The Politicians tell their constituents that the pork had to be added to get other legislators who would not otherwise support the main bill to vote for the bill.

The dirty secret is that politicians get a kick backs from the recipient of the construction contract or other spending contract from the constituent in their district that receives them. And pork and earmarks are done in a quid pro quo atmosphere. Vote some pork for me and I will vote some pork for you.

Imagine how much that figure is each year if the Pork Barrel politicians only get 5% of the Spending Project pie. That comes out of tax money. That in itself is a big drag on the economy.

But that does not include the even bigger effect on the economy. Resources are being misallocated because Politicians are voting on them based on the size of the kick back and not on the merits as based on the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE. For example, “the bridge to no where.”

With decisions being based on the size of the pork barrel kickbacks to elected officials, a tremendous portion of the budget is not being spent in the most productive manner.

And this cumulative effect of corruption is the reason curtailing corruption would be one of my highest priorities if I were elected president.

FREE TRADE

As President, I would remain in favor of free trade. But the Free Trade would only between Countries where rank and file laborers are guaranteed their Natural Rights and local fair market purchasing power and working conditions similar to American Employees. Slave Labor is not a status American Employees aspire to. The unforgivable yet foreseeable consequence of allowing free trade with nations using slave labor is reduction of the Standard of Living for rank and file Americans. This is not acceptable.

INCENTIVES FOR OUTSOURCING OUTSIDE OF THIS COUNTRY

All tax breaks and all other incentives for American Companies to outsource labor outside this country must be examined and rescinded if without merit in terms of increasing the Standard of Living for rank and file Americans.

MONETARY POLICY

The monetary policy of the United States of America is killing its economy. Our National Debt now equals our Gross Domestic Product. Further, the Federal Reserve System itself causes an unnecessary drain on our economy. (We will discuss this further in the section dedicated to Ending/Nationalizing the Federal Reserve System.)

Correcting America’s monetary policy would be amongst my highest priorities if I were elected president.

POLICIES TOWARDS BUSINESS RESTRICTING JOB CREATION

All the policies which adversely affect job creation by business require assessment and reversal at least until unemployment goes down.

All Communities should be required to include in their Zoning Plans housing which permits home businesses. This should account for at least 25% of their land area. And the Zoning should range from light home business, medium home business and commercial home business. We need to reduce the barriers to people starting their own businesses.

As President, I would work to remove bottlenecks to job creation.

BUY AMERICAN

All products manufactured in the United States should carry an easily recognizable “Buy American” Symbol. Further, there should be a “Buy American” campaign launched on TV, radio, other mass media and in the Public Schools.

As President, I would hugely support and participate in Buy American. As President, I would personally request publications like Consumer Reports to rank American retail establishments by the percentage of American Made product they stock on their shelves.

If Americans don’t buy American, then there is a much lower demand for working Americans.

8) ELECTION REFORM

CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM

In the current method of Campaign Finance, as president I would press for legislation to the effect:

“If you can’t legally vote for a candidate, you can’t legally contribute to their campaign. “

Elected officials should represent their constituents, not persons outside the district that donated a lot of money. Corporations can’t vote. End Debate.

In the proposed new campaign finance method, Campaigns would be publicly financed.

Broadcast and Satellite radio and TV use the National Resource of the air waves.

Cable TV uses the National Resource of Public Easements to air their content.

The simple solution is to require free broadcasting of political campaign messages and political debates as condition of their licensing, or use of easements.

In Presidential election years, starting 10 months before the elections begin this free political debates and campaign advertising. The logistics to be worked out later.

In Non Presidential election years, this free period would begin 5 months before the elections.

In the initial month, a very wide number of political parties and candidates would be given access to the free airwaves. Thereafter, access to free airtime would be restricted by the size of their group of followers.

Once past the first month, Campaigns would be given a budget to cover expenses so no elected official would be beholding to any campaign contributor.

DETERMINING THE WINNER

In Minnesota we have two recent history instances of the Courts declaring the winners of various elections.

It is disconcerting that in both of these instances, the Court declared a winner without first resolving the discrepancy between the number of ballots cast and the number of ballots signed for.

This though in both instances the margin of victory was less than or very near the aforementioned numerical discrepancy.

How, under any definition of the Natural Law or the Rule of Law, was this a true and just decision?

As president, I would pursue legislation that No election outcome can be determined until discrepancies like ballots cast not matching ballots signed for are resolved. All Computer tallies will be hand confirmed, in public within 30 days. All Counts will be accessible, live feed and canned, to the public via the internet.

VOTER ID

If we do not want our election outcomes to be easily manipulated, then we have two choices:

1) Iraq style dipping thumbs in ink;

2) Picture Voter ID.

But perhaps a combination of the two shall be necessary and best.

With all the evidence we have of not requiring photo Voter ID resulting in voter fraud, it is apparent we must have some form of voter ID.

On the other hand, with all the historic evidence we have of unsavory persons using any means possible to prevent or reduce the ability of various groups to vote, we must be aware and proactive in preventing such activities.

To those ends, as president I would propose and/or support legislation requiring VoterID in order to vote.

State Passports, Driver’s licenses, State Photo IDs and Military photo ID’s would be acceptable forms of Identification.

But to make sure no one is prevented from voting, there would be a free and easy method of getting a VOTER ID ONLY document.

For 30 days prior to and ending at 6pm on Election Day, All DMV’s would be able to issue instant photo ID’s to any person requesting one. All DMV’s would remain open until 9pm for the 10 business days before the election. All DMV’s would be open 9am-6pm on the two Saturdays before the election.

Either this document would have the persons thumb print also on it or the person could opt to dip their thumb in ink at the polling place. (All thumbprints would be destroyed within 30 days after the election results are officially declared)

The document would also contain a Document Number.

The Voters ballot shall be marked with the document number and the document number and the voters vote selection only shall be automatically stored to computer with no human eyes having both the voter’s vote selections and the voters name at the same time.

Within 30 days of requesting and receiving the instant VOTER ID ONLY document, the voter would provide a copy of one of the following documents in person showing the correct address at the time of the election: 1) Driver’s License, 2) State ID 3) Military ID 4) Passport.

Alternatively, the VOTER ID ONLY VOTER could have the repository of their original birth certificate or Naturalization Papers send certified copies of either of these two document along with the document number directly to the voter’s State’s State Department.

The system will check for duplicate thumb prints. All found will be disqualified and have the vote results corresponding to the document number removed from the vote totals.

All VOTER ID ONLY Document numbers with duplicate unique names, duplicate ID submissions, and/or duplicate birth certificate number or Naturalization Paper numbers submitted are disqualified.

All results associated with all VOTER ID ONLY Document numbers not authenticated within 45 days of the election shall be disqualified and removed from the vote totals.

9) END OR NATIONALIZE THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK SYSTEM

As president, I would take action to end or nationalize the Federal Reserve Bank System.

I will not waste a lot of time explaining the legal reasons why some, including myself, believe the Federal Reserve System is unconstitutional:

1) Unconstitutionally transfers management of the monetary system and coining of money from Congress to a Privately owned entity;

2) The money used is not back by specie (gold/silver)as required by the Constitution but instead based in debt;

3) The debt nature of money creates a debt to the Federal Reserve which can never be fully repaid. This makes the Current Federal Reserve system unconstitutional under the 13th amendment because it forces every citizen into “involuntary servitude” to the Federal Reserve Banks.

But I prefer to present my argument from a more ethical, just and logical perspective.

1) The FED is privately owned. The way the remuneration of the Federal Reserve System (FED) is done, they essentially get to skim a portion of the Economy off as revenue.

2) The FED has admitted to me that the private owners of the FED get a 6% return on their capitalization of the FED. This amounts to 25 Billion dollars a year. Why are we paying a private bank to manage and coin our currency when only the Congress is authorized to do so?

3) But that $25 Billion grossly understates the economic buying power of the FED. Yes, the FED “says” it repays its profits in excess of 6% return on capitalization to the Government. WHAT MOST AMERICANS DON’T REALIZE IS THAT PROFITS ARE NOT DETERMINED UNTIL AFTER EXPENSES ARE DEDUCTED. And the FED fiercely resists being audited.

4) How many politicians can you compromise with $25 billion dollars? 561 people run the USA. House 435, Senate 100, Supreme Court 9, Cabinet 15, President and Vice President. With $25 Billion dollars you can give each of these folks a million dollars and still have most of your $25 billion dollars left over.

5) But the private owners of the FED don’t just have $25 Billion dollars in buying power at there disposal. Remember those EXPENSES we said came before PROFITS were calculated. How much buying power does the FED have If they can EXPENSE Campaign Contributions, Bribes, trysting expenses, put people(relatives and trysting partners of politicians) on the payroll, private investigators, etc.

6) Pick a number – 1%, 3%, 6%, regardless of what percentage of the US economy the FED gets to lawfully skim, it is a huge number. It creates a huge, unearned stock pile of buying power that the FED can use to convince our politicians and bureaucrats to abandon the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE, the rank and file citizens of America.

7) And this skimmed cash stock pile represents the involuntary servitude, compensation for your toiling, blood, sweat and tears that the FED wrongfully appropriates. On its face, it is amoral and unethical, but if you need legal justification read the 13th Amendment.

8) The argument that the FED is constitutional under Article 1-8-18 Necessary and Proper clause is moot. The Concept of a Central Bank being necessary and proper was predicated on the need to keep the money supply stable and Central Bank being the best and only way to maintain the stability of the currency to avoid crashes and bubbles in the economy. AS NUMEROUS BUBBLES AND CRASHES HAVE OCCURRED UNDER ALL FORMS OF AN AMERICAN CENTRAL BANK, INCLUDING THE CURRENT ITERATION, THE CURRENT FEDERAL RESERVE BANK IS NO LONGER NECESSARY AND PROPER AS REQUIRED TO BE CONSTITUTIONAL. Said another way, as creating said bank is not an enumerated power and it has proven to be anything but necessary and proper, continuance of the FED in its present form is unconstitutional.

The issuing power (of money) should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs."

As president, I would audit the FED, confirm or disprove my beliefs about the FED and proceed on a course of action consistent with my findings. Any changes would be implemented in such a way to minimize the disruption to the economy for rank and file Americans.

10) BALANCED BUDGET WITHOUT ADDITIONAL DEBT

To begin with, With regard to Revenue, unless we have worked the numbers ourselves, none of us knows who is or who is not paying their fair share of taxes. Major Media and the Political Parties all lie. All of my simple verbal requests, written requests and formal Freedom of Information Acts (FOIA) requests have been largely or wholly denied. Hence my call for all such government budget information to be posted on the internet.

Only once this information is known would I know what adjustments to the tax code would need to be made.

As for reducing expenditures, I have already outlined how I would balance the budget in this article:

The reader’s digest version is I would just apply common sense family budget balancing methods. Importantly, budget items will be cut with the frame of mind of small business in financially crisis. We will cut the things we hope citizens will least notice. This as opposed to the typical Government strategy of cutting things citizens will most notice to punish citizens for not paying more taxes and to encourage citizens to pay higher taxes.

As President I would follow the same procedure and rely upon the NGP process to provide me even methods to balance the budgets.

Further, all foreign aid would be scrutinized. If a qualitative assessment of the relationship does yield a higher standard of living for most American’s than if the money were spent at home (or protect our countries access to raw materials), the aid should be ended. The foreign aid should also be ended if the foreign country does not substantially reciprocate good will.

11) SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE

Let me begin by saying how disgusted I am with all those politicians who took the money of generations with the promise of providing help in their retirement and then proceeded to waste the money while making no provisions to keep their promises.

Regardless of the amorality of our elected officials, WE THE PEOPLE have an obligation to keep the promises that were made to previous generations.

Next, Let me say that I personally believe if our fiscal problems can’t be solved without cutting benefits to those already retired and retiring within 10 years, all congresspersons who voted yes on budgets which included SS and Medicare taxes in the general fund should be charged with fraud and or treason and forfeit all of their retirement benefits to fund the now unfunded Social Security and Medicare Liabilities.

As president I would pursue legislation to phase out Social Security. Those already retired and within 10 years of retirement as of its enactment would receive 100% benefits.

Those who have not yet reached the age of 18 would not receive any benefits from the program.

For those more than 10 years of from retirement as of the date of enactment would receive 3% less benefits decreasing by 3% each year using this formula assuming age 65 retirement eligibility:

100% Benefits – 11 years from retirement = 97%

100% Benefits – 12 years from retirement = 94%

100% Benefits – 13 years from retirement = 91%

100% Benefits – 14 years from retirement = 88%

100% Benefits – 15 years from retirement = 85%

100% Benefits – 20 years from retirement = 70%

“

100% Benefits – 30 years from retirement = 40%

“

100% Benefits – 40 years from retirement = 10%

100% Benefits – 41 years from retirement = 9%

100% Benefits – 42 years from retirement = 8%

100% Benefits – 43 years from retirement = 7%

100% Benefits – 44 years from retirement = 6%

100% Benefits – 45 years from retirement = 5%

100% Benefits – 46 years from retirement = 4%

100% Benefits – 47 years from retirement = 3%

This strategy keeps our promises to those with least time to accommodate the change and who have paid in the longest. It gives others time to adapt and to receive a proper proportionate amount of the benefit they were promised.

Social Security and Medicare Money fraudulently lent to general fund with theoretical IOU’s by the cowardly and duplicitous politicians will have to be repaid by the general fund to pay the shortfall.

12) LEGISLATION MUST SAY WHAT IT MEANS AND NOT BE A POTPOURRI OF PORK, EARMARKS AND/OR UNRELATED LEGISLATION

Our Congress folks misname and add unrelated legislation and pork to the end and middle of legislation to hide it from WE THE PEOPLE.

Their pork and earmarks are but mere preludes to kickbacks.

And then there is the misnaming and misrepresentation.

For example, the Freedom of Information Act is more a road map on how to use the bureaucrat process and high copying fees to prevent the General Public from obtaining information that is supposed to be public record. Another Example, the Privacy Act is not really a privacy act. It actually describes the terms under which your private information can be compromised and provides some “Simon Says” type instructions on how you can better secure your private information.

As president, I would champion legislation requiring legislation be limited to only one topic and the name and description must match the intent of the legislation as it is worded. Pork Barrel items and earmarks would not be permitted.

13) LINE ITEM VETO

As president, I would also pursue legislation permitting the use of the Line Item Veto.

14) ELIMINATION AND RESTRUCTURING OF CABINET DEPARTMENTS

There is an unnecessary number of Cabinet level Departments.

As President I would eliminate the Department of Education. I would also consider merging others. For Example Transportation and Energy.

All of these changes would be predicated on savings to the taxpayer, logical relationships, necessity and streamlining of processes.

15) INTERNET – GOVERNMENT HANDS OFF AND LIBRARIES

WE THE PEOPLE have finally been able to break free of the censured major media news and compare notes. The internet is to our current Enlightenment what the printing press was to the 1st Enlightenmnet.

And just as was with the 1st Enlightenment, the corrupt, incumbent, ruling class elite are angry that they are losing control.

Further, they want to start taxing things on the internet.

WE THE PEOPLE finally have truly free speech and free press. WE THE PEOPLE are no longer curtailed in our right to free association by geography or basic economics.

As president, nobody is going to censor the internet from free and open political dissent under any guise, including that of net neutrality and throttling, etc.

Further, Ben Franklin made Public libraries a cornerstone of the Republic to facilitate the exchange of ideas. Clearly the standard media of information exchange is transitioning from paper to electronics. Under my administration, libraries will electronically up graded so that no segment of society is deprived of access to and the exchange of ideas via the internet.

A portion of each library shall be dedicated to facilitating people’s interest in and further knowledge of the Enlightenment, Natural Law, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and Early American History.

Further, public meeting rooms will be available. And, in recognition of the importance of coffee house during the 1st Enlightenment, a portion of the library will be reserved for a quiet coffee clutch area, part of it library quiet and part of it available for quiet socializing. Each library would be allowed to determine if it wanted to run this coffee clutch area directly themselves or lease the area to various coffee houses with separate entrances.

Rooms shall also be provided for those who wish to play Chess and Diplomacy. These games teach fundamental strategy and encourage people to think “a few moves ahead” Libraries shall sponsor tournaments of these two games at least annually.

All of this reorganization of the Libraries is with the intention of facilitating the free exchange of ideas, enhance our youths understanding of Natural Law and their Constitutional Rights and allow citizens to compare notes about what the major media is reporting and the what the Government is doing.

And no further taxation of any part of the internet is going to occur until we revisit the definition of revenue sources as the Founding Father’s intended and as they have been corrupted. No more taxes until we get the current tax structure manageable and under control.
