According to Fox News on Dec. 30, 2013, weight loss scams will usually say powerful ingredient is in the product or have testimonials from users that lost weight with no change to diet or exercise.
Not only are these products a waste of money and may not work for you, they can be unsafe to take. It is always a wise choice to consult your doctor before taking any medication. Experts generally agree that weight loss results, that are lasting, are not easily obtained. It takes hard work, determination, and sacrifice.
The fact is products that claim a simple and easy solution for weight loss goes again the laws of science. Weight loss is not an easy process, after all if it was; obesity would not be such a problem in the U.S., would it?
