Everyone's favorite dashing planeswalking thief Dack Fayden is currently on Theros in his portion of the continuity. And he's had a hell of a time looking for the missing half of his gauntlet, even crossing paths with the Gorgon queen Hythonia. But, according to IDW's announcement for issue #3, due in December, he's got even bigger fish to fry once he finds it:

Magic: The Gathering – Theros #3 (of 4)
Jason Ciaramella (w) • Martin Coccolo (a) • Volkan Baga (c)
Dack Fayden has managed to assemble the powerful artifact that first brought him to THEROS. But as a monster of the deep attacks the vessel he sails on, Dack must put his new acquisition to good use… and fast!

Dack’s adventures in THEROS continue!
This issue includes an exclusive, alternate art playable Magic: The Gathering card!
Variant cover by Martin Coccolo!

Based on what we know of the promo cards for the Theros comic series, the most likely promo to be bundled with this issue is Wash Out. After all, his trusty vessel is about to be capsized - and he washed out to sea - by the colossal tentacle of a menacing Therosian Kraken. Finally, the mystery of the powers of the gauntlet will be solved - maybe it controls monsters? Maybe it makes planeswalking a snap? Well, Dack is no stranger to sticky situations - it'll be cool to see how he gets out of this one.
