The two men who were fatally shot outside of White Oaks Lodge on Kecoughtan Road in Hampton were identified as Joseph Lee McQueen and Clifton Kareem Christian.
McQueen, 30, was from Hampton and Christian, 24, was from Norfolk.
There were numerous reports of heavy gunfire outside of the bar early Saturday morning shortly before closing time.
When police arrived, they found McQueen and Christian suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
