Ok, if you're new to the Colorado scene, one of the biggest lovey dovey events in the mountains is the "Marry me and ski for free deal" from the Loveland Ski area. It's one of the rare experiences of a massive lovefest on a ski slope that will ever be. You have to register days in advance, but you can be a part of mass wedding ceremony at the top of a mountain.
Ask someone for a recommendation for a restaurant that you and your other haven't tried yet. Take a walk somewhere you haven't been before. I think Valentine's Day just exists to shake things up in the middle of the winter when we're all ready to explode from cabin fever. At least, that's how it is at 10,000 feet.
