Originally from Canada, Iceberg Vodka recently made its way to Texas, as of the first of this month. It has an incredible story to tell, too. The vodka is created from pure Canadian icebergs.

Since 1995, Iceberg Vodka has been crafting small batches from icebergs attained at in Iceberg Alley. These icebergs are 20,000 old. This is the purest water on our planet. To ensure that your 'berg is at its coldest, the Candian Maple leaf at the apex of the front label will turns pinkish red when it's at the right temperature.

Crème Brûlée Recipes (70 Proof)

Exploding Root Beer Float

  • 1 1/2 Oz Pure ICEBERG CRÈME BRÛLÉE ICEFUSION
  • Root Beer

Pour the vodka into a nicely chilled pint glass. Pour root beer to about 3" from the top of the glass. Drop in one scoop of vanilla ice cream into the drink. Don't forget the long spoon to go with the straw to finish and set the glass on a saucer, as it will explode!

French Kiss

  • 1 1/2 Oz Pure ICEBERG CRÈME BRÛLÉE ICEFUSION
  • Orange Juice
  • 3/4 Oz Raspberry Liqueur (Chambord)

Begin by pouring the vodka into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Pour in the orange juice to about an ince from the top of the glass. Top off with the raspberry liqueur and stir. Garnish with a cherry (with a stem is fun-drinking challenge is to knot the cherry stem in your mouth using your tongue).

Hot Cocoa Brule'e

  • 1 Oz Pure ICEBERG CRÈME BRÛLÉE ICEFUSION
  • Hot Water
  • Cocoa Mix
  • Whipped Cream
  • Hazelnut Liqueur

Begin by pouring a half packet of cocoa mix in the bottom of an Irish coffee mug. Pour in hot water 2" from the top of the mug. Stir well until the cocoa dissolves. Add the vodka, then top off with whipped cream. Drizzle the hazelnut liqueur on top of the whipped cream. Finish off by adding some nutmeg to the top of the whipped cream.
