- Mr Frostie's All American Sundae is truly stupendous, but when you're walking around this summer in Pacific Beach, go for a dipped twist cone.  That way you won't miss a beat in the hot sun, perusing the shops, or checking out the lovely tanned bodies.  WINNER: Cone!
