It's savory, chewy, and releases chemicals in your brain when you eat it. People become vegetarian for many reasons. One may have had a bad experience and got a hold of some bad meatloaf. The next person may have learned that those neatly proportioned packaging involved a lot of ugly work to get it that way. Some name their animals and become attached to Wilbur. For most it a feeling that the balance that meat provides will be lost forever.

There is a vegetarian in all of us. Adam and his wife did just fine.You just have to find what you like. Try a local whole foods store and get one thing.
