"I have a headache!"

"I have a headache" may no longer be the excuse it used to be for avoiding sex. In fact, it may start to be the reason to HAVE sexual activity. New research, published this month in the journal Cephalalgia, found that sexual activity relieved the pain from migraines or cluster headaches in up to one third of patients. The researchers have hypothesized that the rush of endorphins from sexual activity may numb the pain of the migraine. Endorphins are the body's natural painkillers- the same chemical emitted while engaging in physical activity, such as running. But isn't sex more fun than running anyway? Even if you don't have a partner, those same endorphins are released by self-stimulation, which can lead to orgasm, so do yourself a favor and have sex with yourself!
