I Choose to Worship Mp3 song by Wess Morgan: This white man could've knocked me over with a feather, because I thougt he was black

Um, sham wow! Wess Morgan, who sings I Choose To Worship, is not a black man but a white guy!

Of the 3,000 times I've probably heard that Christian song on my XM/Sirius channel 33, I just naturally assumed Morgan was an older or middle-aged black guy, what with that powerful voice and cadence and rhythm.

But I just ran across one of his YouTube videos and found out the truth. Wow. "I just can't give up..." he sings in the I Choose To Worship song. "Is that Your voice calling me into that secret place with Thee?"

My kids laughed at the run when he sings, "I I I I..." on the radio version of the song.

Still an amazing song and so meaningful and what a voice.

Did he grow up around African-Americans? I'll bet you he could fool plenty of folks on those race determining by voice surveys.
