Hyatt first full-service hotel being added to Perimeter Summit Development

The Hyatt Hotel at Villa Christina is planned in the Perimeter area, one of metro Atlanta’s fastest- rebounding office markets. The 173-room hotel (including 47 suites and 126 standard rooms) is being built adjacent to the Villa Christina restaurant and conference center. While the hotel is the first full-service hotel to break ground in five years, it is even longer since a new hotel has come to the Perimeter area. That’s because financing for new construction had been shifted to acquiring and repositioning existing hotels. Now that the demand is returning, money is now available.

The hotel will serve guests in the Italian-themed Villa Christina’s

The lavish hotel with premier service and luxurious accommodations, with include a full range of modern services, will include a stunning rooftop pool with a spectacular views of Buckhead, outdoor garden, meeting place, and ballroom. A cosmopolitan take and world-class cuisine for both business and leisure guests.

Construction is slated to be done in December. Atlanta-based architecture firm Cooper Carry designed the hotel. Holder Construction Co. will manage the construction. Hospitality Ventures Management will manage the hotel.
