Hustle for Health is a wellness program with classes focused on dance exercises as well as healthy eating & thinking habits. Burn up to 350 calories with its line-dance routines designed to maximize results including: Improved Heart & Lung conditions, Building Endurance, Burning Fat! Its for all ages and can also increase self-confidence, self esteem and help build social skills while you lose weight! The Hustle for Health program takes a three-pronged approach to holistic wellness for people of all ages.

The programs has been adapted by Girl scouts of america to New York assembly and has been gaining international support. The goal of Hustle for health is to activate the process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy life that includes: physical activity, nutritious eating habits, mindfull practices & healthy social interaction.

Hustle for Health participants line dance to various songs created by Marine Veteran, International recording artist DJ Maestro. His hit dance songs include the Turbo Hustle, Freak Beat and The Birthday Slide.
