Husson rallies late to earn 10th straight win

Bangor --- Aaron Willis scored 21 points in 21 minutes to lead the Husson University Eagles men's basketball team to a 82-74 victory over Colby College on Tuesday evening.

Phil Leighton hit a three pointer to give the Eagles a 72-71 lead with 2:36 remaining in the second half.

That sparked a 13-3 Eagles run to finish the game.

Trevon Butlet recorded 13 points, seven rebounds, and four assists for the Eagles.

Leighton chipped in with 12 points, five rebounds, and two assists. Willis added three assists and two steals.

Luke Westman scored 19 points to lead the Eagles.

Husson (10-0) will look to keep their perfect season going when they get back to conference play against Maine Maritime on Saturday.
