Hurricane Earl Update: Watch live stream video as Hurricane Earl's track brings this major weather event to local Narragansett Town Beach. Although Hurricane Earl's projected path suggests the storm will brush past most of inland Rhode Island with tropical storm force winds and heavy rain, Providence, RI area residents and visitors are looking for images and videos that give them some idea of what's to come.
