Goodness it's Friday and it's Good Friday and that means Easter is this Sunday and that means it's time again for Easter Egg Hunting.

For those of you (little) people interested in participating in a hopping Easter egg hunt, there are a number of local options to check out.

Eggstravaganza & Egg Hunts in San Jose

Free Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 1 p.m. hosted by San Jose Christian Reformed Church – one of over thirty churches around the Bay Area hosting egg hunts for their communities. www.sjcrc.org Kids can enjoy face painting, an Easter Bunny to pose with and balloons! For more information: https://www.facebook.com/sjcrc. The actual egg hunt starts at 1:30 p.m.

Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 9 a.m. Enjoy face painting, nail painting, crazy hair painting, baton dance demonstrations, a craft project, music, bunny jokes and the egg hunt.

On same day, the Bunnies and Bonnets Parade will begin at 12 p.m. in downtown along Campbell Avenue from the railroad tracks to Third Street.
