Tin Roof Bistro presents a Hunnicutt Wine Dinner on Saturday, March 8.
The three course dining event gets underway at 6:30 p.m. with one seating only.
The first course is a shaved artichoke salad with fresh pea tendrils in a Meyer lemon vinaigrette finished with shaved parmesan and is paired with a 2012 3-Barrel Select Chardonnay.
The family style main course features flat iron steak, roasted poussin, sauteed brussel kale, parsnip puree, roasted baby squash and onions paired with a 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2010 Cabernet Franc.
The cheese course consists of Humbold Fog, Midnight Moon and roasted Marcona almonds paired with a 2012 Zinfandel.
This exceptional wine dinner is $65 per guest exclusive of tax and gratuity.
