Straight from her big Oscar win this weekend, actress Jennifer Lawrence of “The Hunger Games” is headed back to Hawaii to finish filming for the “Catching Fire” movie, E! Online reported this Monday, Feb. 25. Jennifer Lawrence was seen this week sporting a darker hair color after the Oscars as she reportedly prepares for another round in the Hunger Games arena.
The talented “Silver Linings Playbook” actress is on her way back to Hawaii this week for some re-shoots in several scenes for the hotly awaited “Catching Fire” movie sequel, which will hit U.S. theaters this Nov. 2013. The Oscar-winning Jennifer Lawrence had her blonde locks darkened to return to the film set.
"She was very happy," said a source about the Katniss Everdeen star’s time in the beauty salon. "She was all smiles!"
This makes sense, considering she was named Best Actress at the Academy Awards this 2013. Now, she’s beyond the Oscars and has her sights set on “Catching Fire.”
“I go get my hair dyed for ‘Catching Fire’ reshoots and fly to Hawaii tomorrow morning,” said J. Law on the red carpet in Hollywood on Sunday. “[We’ll be there for] two weeks,” she said. “[It’s] not reshoots, they’re just scenes we haven’t finished.”
