Have you carved your pumpkin yet? Fortunately, pumpkins are on sale at many stores if you are running late. Target’s prices has been lowered, with an additional percentage off being offered with their Cartwheel phone app.
Stores sell eleborate carving kits, but they really aren’t necessary. Start by evening out the bottom with a large serrated knife so your guard sits flat while you work. This will help prevent injuries. The large knife should also be used to cut off the top of pumpkin. Scoop out the insides with a large mental spoon or ice cream scoop. Smaller knives are better for carving.
